At 26, Wu Xiuya has a stable job and a seemingly perfect life with her ambitious boyfriend, Zheng Hao. But after he makes big decisions—her job transfer, proposal, and housing—without consulting her, Wu Xiuya finally speaks up, finding unexpected freedom on stage at a comedy bar.
